The mission of the Research & Development Laboratory is to add value to the business of our clients, by using advanced technologies and following market evolution.
We stand out for our multidisciplinary, highly qualified scientific team, which, allied to our focus on technology and innovation, allow us to continuously implement new test methods. In addition to offering reliable results and following rigorous procedures, from the technical and scientific standpoints, our Laboratory excels by integrating technical and customer support services.
The capabilities of our Laboratory in the human and animal nutrition areas have been officially recognised though the accreditation granted by the Portuguese Institute for Accreditation, in compliance with the NP EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard.
Our capabilities also include the Quality Control of medicated premixes for veterinary use, which are tested according to the strict EudraLex Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Within this scope, the Laboratory is also authorised by the Portuguese Directorate-General for Food and Veterinary Medicine.

The Laboratory continually conducts Research & Development projects, in partnership with technical and scientific entities, both public and private. These projects result in the development of innovative processes, based on cutting-edge technologies and specialised skills, which allows us to widen the range of services offered by our Laboratory in the areas where we operate.
