The quality control plan defined for raw materials aims to establish the respective quality profiles and adjust the control measures to be implemented, with a view to improving the quality of finished products.

Hygiene plan for feed production lines

This plan aims to identify critical points in production lines and define the preventive and corrective actions to be implemented, by using the most adequate products for regular hygiene, with a view to ensuring that all finished products meet the required microbiological quality standards.

Our first feed hygiene range: HIGIACT^®

In 2018, a DIN, SA registered its first brand of feed hygiene products: HIGIACT^®. Developed for compound feed manufacturing plants and livestock farms, this range improves the quality of more than 40,000 tonnes of feeds and raw materials per month.
