The CCPA GROUP invests intensely in R&D and seeks to establish partnerships that allow the development of valid projects and ideas.
The CCPA GROUP has established complementary partnerships with respect to specific research studies within the scope of the ProHealth project:
Neonatal mortality in piglets, in partnership with the Newcastle University, United Kingdom.
Gestating sow welfare and weaning piglet health, in partnership with the French National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA), France.
The effect of plant extracts on the immune response, microbiota and infection by Salmonella spp. in broilers, in partnership with the Veterinary Research Institute, in Brno, Czech Republic.
The CCPA GROUP has partnered up with one of the largest agricultural research centres in the USA, the University of Kansas, particularly the research department run by Professor Barry Bradford, with respect to studies on inflammation, oxidative dust and the relationship between milk production and dairy cow health. These joint research studies will be presented in a publication.
