Nutritional parameters and labels

The publication of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 25 October 2011, on the provision of food information to consumers, established the provisions applicable to all food products for final consumers. The provisions included in this regulation have been mandatory since 13 December 2016.
