ELISA
Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by yeasts, which may be found in raw materials and compound feeds. These substances are harmful to animal health. The Laboratory offers quantitative tests for several mycotoxins, using ELISA assays, which are based on antigen-antibody reactions.
